Van Clemens is a licensed brokerage firm headquartered in Edina, MN specializing in Medicare product sales.
Recently, there has been tremendous growth in the Medicare industry due to the aging baby boomer population. Medicare offerings fluctuate on an annual basis due to changes in private company offerings, doctor provider networks, drug formularies, and premium costs. Every year there are new plan offerings and plan changes that can be confusing to keep track of.
At Van Clemens, we are committed to providing individuals interested in learning more about their Medicare choices a comprehensive overview of their options. Individuals that are better informed about their plan options, are better equipped to select the Medicare plan(s) best suited for them.
The Van Clemens brokerage network includes brokers across the country who are certified to sell Medicare products, or can refer you to someone who is. In addition, all brokers licensed to sell Medicare products under Van Clemens are required to complete a comprehensive Medicare sales compliance certification training program.

Sheri Salloway Yarosh is a licensed independent insurance agent with Van Clemens. She possesses a strong background in financial services, long-term care planning, life insurance, and marketing. Sheri has BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan. She volunteers actively in the community, including past president of Temple Israel Sisterhood. She speaks at Dementia Friend for Minnesota groups, as well.
Sheri works all year as an agent selling Medicare insurance, life insurance and long-term care for seniors. Her process focuses on getting the right program for each individual. Medicare Open Enrollment is her busy season – October 15-December 7th.
